Hi, I’m Yara. I’m a gentle sweetheart that loves lying on my mat, or the dog bed (even though foster mom says the dog bed is way too small – but if I fits, I sits). I enjoy playing fetch with my stuffies and relaxing with my foster parents. Even though I’m a larger dog, I’m super gentle!! Even in my foster home’s smaller areas I haven’t chewed anything or knocked anything over. I’m also fully house trained and quiet during the night.

I’m good with adults, but get extremely excited, jumpy and agitated around dogs. I should not share a home with a dog or a cat. I am a jumpy, strong girl, so it’s best if you do not have young children under 12 years old. 
I’m still working on my leash manners – I tend to pull a lot so I hope whoever’s holding the leash is strong enough to hold me back. Proper guidance and training will go a long way helping me become a polite walker!
