Hey hey, I’m Rocky! Also known as Dude, Turkey, & Big Barker. I’m a laid back, handsome young man who moves to the beat of my own drum.

You may have met puppies who are nippy and hyper and get into trouble, but they give guys like me a bad name! Don’t get me wrong, I like to play and have fun with my canine foster sis, but I also love just chillin’ with my people or entertaining myself with a squeaky toy or bone. I will say, I’m an avid shoe collector-I love all shoes! I don’t do anything with them, I just like to strut around with them-I think they make me look important 😉

I’m working at doing my business outside, and holding it through the night! I’m not so good at letting you know I need to go out, but I’m still getting used to this inside/outside divide-I’m getting there! I’m doing pretty good in the crate! I take my naps quietly when my foster mom is working or out of the house.

I love the company of other doggos-I’m learning the ropes of play with my foster sister, and would love to have a forever dog sibling that can continue teaching me. I have met kids and I loved them as much as they loved me! I AM super lanky, and I’m not yet in tune with my clunky limbs and how to manage them- so just like any puppy, it’s important for me to have good supervision while I get used to all the nuances of my new home, and grow into my big fuzzy bod!

I’ve been doing some training on ‘the leash’, but am not walking yet while I wait patiently for my final vaccinations to make the world a safe place to amble along at your side! In the meantime, I’m the perfect blend of independence, cuddling, and character to make you smile on the daily. Well, that sounds pretty darn good, doesn’t it?
