Hi. I’m Pecan.  I’m an energetic boy who loves playing with toys and going for long walks. 

I am fully housetrained and 99% kennel trained!!! I go in on command too. I’m such a smart boy!

I am good with other dogs! My foster family feels I would do best with a dog in my new home – this makes me feel safe and less on edge!!  

I am really great with kids of all ages!! My latest playtime with young kids, I did not need any reminders about jumping up and I was very well behaved! My foster mom is so proud! 

I currently live with 2 cats and I am totally fine with them!  

Qualities I am looking for in my new home: 

-a big fenced yard

-another dog friend 

-an active lifestyle (long walks, the dog park or doggy daycare would be perfect!)

I am an alert and active pup who would love to walk to the park with you, try jogging, play tug-of-war, chase a ball, and tag along on your outdoor adventures. And in the evenings, get a belly rubs and snuggle close to you. Is there room for me in your family?
