Hi, I’m Lucy. I’m a bubbly girl with lots of energy. I love going on walks, to the dog park, on bike rides and racing around the yard. I am housetrained and sit by the door when I want out. I’m also crate trained. I eat all my meals in there, sleep in there and stay in there when my foster family is away. I haven’t been tested with cats, so I would likely do best in a home with no cats. I also jump when I’m excited so older kids would be best. I love walks and do well on leash. I am going to need anxiety medication for situations that are new to me such as grooming or vet appointments.  This need may decrease as I age and become more secure in a forever home but this is what I need for now.

These are some things that I want to have with my new home…

-A fenced yard-A playful dog to play with, but who doesn’t mind if I’m the boss-

An active family who will take me on their adventures-

A family who will be home more than away, to give me time to get my energy out-

And lots of toys
