Hi, My name is Leslie!

I was such a scared little girl when I came into care with my sister Ann, but my foster parents gave me lots of love and now I am a much more confident, fun loving, sweet girl that has quite the personality. I am told I have the most amazing markings that make me oh so cute.

I love being outside and wrestling with my sister and foster sister. I used to play a little rough with my tiny sister but according to my foster pawrents it’s like night and day – whatever that means.  

I haven’t met any cats yet but I do great with other dogs. 

If you have any of those little humans in your family you might want to remember that I am a puppy and might get a little nippy but so far I really don’t nip much at all.  Because I have sharp teeth and I’m teething you might need to keep an eye on me just in case. If I do nip, I will listen when you tell me no and will gladly chew on anything else you want to give me.

I have not had any accidents in the house but I am still just a pup so it might happen.  I promise that I’ll do my best to keep my track record intact. I make it known when I need to go out. I get so vocal about it sometimes my foster mom says I sound like a little dolphin (just another part of my charm). Once I know where to go to be let out I’m sure I’ll do just great.

I am kennel trained and sleep in my kennel all night without a peep.  I like it best when I know you are close because I’ve decided that having a human to care for me is pretty sweet.   

I can’t go for walks yet because I haven’t had all my shots but I think I would like that very much as I love romping and running around in the yard and investigating all the new things. I don’t bark often but don’t worry if I see someone strange in our yard I will let you know.

I am also a HUGE, HUGE fan of cuddles. I am totally loving this good life thing.

I would love to meet you to show you just how great I am.  I have lots of things to learn to be the best that I can be and I hope we can learn that together.
