Hi I’m Kelvin, I am a very happy, energetic boy who loves going for these new things called walks, and I am starting to get the hang of it. I just moved into the city from living the country life, so many new smells and lots of new dogs -I just want to meet them all. 

I am fully housetrained and am working on crate training, foster mum keeps tricking me into going in for treats and I reluctantly go! I am settling in a bit better now and I get to sleep on the sofa sometimes which was way better than going in the kennel.

I am still learning and will need some work being around children I like to jump and some of the smaller kids might get scared of me, but I’m quite gentle! I like the neighbor dog Lex, he is a mastiff type like me and we run around our yards and talk to each other through the fence. I need to work on my socialization with other dogs and my leash manners so that I am not so distracted on our walks. I have seen a few cats but have not had the pleasure of playing with any yet.

Foster Mum says I am smart boy and that I will be quick to train with the right family that has the time to focus on me and hopefully take me for lots of walks. I would be best suited in a home with lots of room and a big yard for me to run around and maybe a dog brother or sister to help teach me the way of city life. An experienced owner will be very helpful for me!
