Hello Future Family!

I am Athena – a bold, hard playing, smart girl who just loves to be with people and other fur friends. It doesn’t matter what, I just want to be apart of the action like gardening, playing, chasing bees or moths, nibbling leaves, wrestling with the broom, sipping lattes, snuggling and napping.

I have lovely manners and enjoy the run of the house except if my Foster Mom has to go out – then my brother and I stay in the kitchen together. We have a piddle pad spot inside I can use but I haven’t had any house accidents in so long. My foster Mom is teaching me to ask to go outside.

At night, I sleep in the bedroom with my foster Mom and the auntie dogs. I only ask to go outside at night one time, but then I come back in and go straight back to sleep. I have never chewed or done any damage in the house so I have never needed a kennel.

I know my name when I am called and I have learned to sit quietly and wait for my food or treats. I am a member of the pack and apart from my goofy moments being a hooligan with my brother or experiencing pure puppy joy, I am quiet and well behaved.

I am great with my dog aunties – I respect their rules and I love to play and learn from them. I have lots of friends that come to visit and was thrilled to meet our grandchildren when they came to visit.

The world outside the front gate of the yard looks so exciting and I can’t wait to explore it on long walks and big adventures with you. I also like to sit quietly outside and survey the neighbourhood showing

natural signs of protection.

I have a huge heart and hope I can share it with you and your family if you will just take me home. I know you won’t be disappointed and neither will I!

NOTE: I will most likely grow into a large dog, but my exact adult size is still unknown.
