Howdy! I’m Mack, and I’ve travelled a long, long way in search of the perfect home!

I landed at Manitoba Mutts after tumbling off the back of a semi truck that had just crossed over the Canada-U.S. border. I can’t remember exactly why I decided to hitch a ride on an eighteen-wheeler, but I guess it must have seemed like a good idea at the time!

I arrived at my foster home scrawny but otherwise unscathed and after a few weeks of living indoors, I’ve gained some weight and am happy, healthy, and ready for whatever life throws at me next. My wildest dream is that life will throw a comfy couch, a welcoming lap to curl up on, and lots and lots of snacks.

I’m a born extrovert who loves to be around people. When I’m not cuddling up to your chin I’ll be stretched out on your desk watching you work or on the kitchen counter overseeing your dinner prep. If there’s a chore that needs doing, I’m always happy to supervise!

I’m a social butterfly with other cats too. I invade their personal space in such a disarming and lovable way they can’t help but tolerate me unconditionally. I haven’t met any dogs yet, but if they’re friendly I can’t see why we wouldn’t be best buddies.
