Are you looking for the perfect cat companion? One who loves to cuddle…insists on it actually, one that loves to be kissed while your cuddling and wants nothing more then to gets pets and be with you?

He hopes his new home will include dogs as they are his favourites but since he doesn’t understand the possible need to defend himself against them, potential dogs must be previously cat tested and very cat friendly.

Hernie will do fine in a home with other cats as long as slow and proper intros are done.

Respectful kids around 6 and over will be great, but be aware that Hernie does like to nibble and move fingers around with his teeth, especially when he’s happy or wanting attention. Monitor younger kiddos so they get used to his mouthing.

Hernie has had a very different path in life so he is a bit shy and cautious at the beginning. We’re just asking his new family to be patient and loving with him as he’ll need some time to adjust, trust us though, he’s definitely worth the wait!
