Hi, I’m Butch! Pleased to meet you!

I was rescued from the great outdoors when I was just a few days old, so I’ve grown up with people and I love to be around them! If you’re the work-from-home type, hopefully you’ve got a nice big desk, because I’m going to be curled up on it for most of your workday, snoozing and gazing at you in adoration!

I came to Manitoba Mutts with one of my littermates, and we were christened Luke and Butch after the Bushwhackers of early ‘90s WWE fame. I do love to wrestle! After Luke was adopted, though, I turned all my attention toward my foster human, and that’s when I learned the joys of SNUGGLING! I’m almost as good at snuggling as I am at delivering the perfect piledriver – which is to say, very good. I love to stretch out on my foster human’s stomach while she’s lying on the couch reading or to occupy her pillow at night and sleep right next to her head.

Two weeks ago my foster human brought home yet another kitten, four weeks old and about a quarter my size. I have adjusted my wrestling style to be more gentle with this new opponent, and I also help to groom him and keep him company when he’s lonely. I have heard myself referred to as Such a Good Big Brother, so believe that means I’ll be a suitable match for any other pets my forever family may have.

I’m a good eater and fully litter trained, so I expect to make a seamless transition into your home. I’m very playful and love chasing a laser pointer, retrieving a bouncy ball, and annihilating a feather on a stick. I’ll bring you hours of entertainment and hours of affection!
