Hey there! My name is Tonka, like Tonka the Truck. My name is fitting because I am a tough little girl who loves to wrestle with my canine housemate. I love to chase her around the yard, bite her tail and copy everything she does. 

I have learned to sit nicely while waiting for my food and I can even climb in and out of the car all by myself! I am still working on housetraining and have accidents inside sometimes. I am working on this and with time I am sure I can be a star student. 

I love going in my crate for naps during the day, but I don’t like staying in there with the door shut. 

I love kids and other dogs but have not met any cats. I think we could be buddies though, we would be the same size… but not for long! I haven’t been on walks yet so I would need some practice with the leash. 

I would love to be your partner in crime and would follow you wherever you go! I will make you laugh with my awkward run/hops and make you smile as I nap between your feet. Do you have space for me in your heart and home?
