ADOPTION PENDING – NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS

Hi, I’m Sail from the Boat litter!  My ears seem to adjust just like a sail because sometimes they are up and sometimes half and half and most times they are down.  I am an active boy who loves to run around outside and often I can be found taking a nap on the lounger.  

I was the smaller pup out of my siblings so I have learned to be strong and I often use my voice to say what I want and I use it when I am excited especially when my dinner is being prepared.  I just have lots to say about things that are exciting to me!

I love the cat and the other dogs here but sometimes I chase the cat until she gives me a swat and then I give her space. I am good with kids, but I do still have my sharp puppy teeth and tug is a super fun game to me.  I am still green on the Mutt-O-Meter though, I just need to keep up my training with my manners.

I sleep in my kennel at night but at first I put up a bit of a fuss until I settle so I would do better in a house atmosphere.  I am almost house trained, I still have accidents but I am improving daily.  I am not a huge cuddler but I like a quick snuggle and kiss and to be near you.  I will fall asleep on the floor by your feet.

I am not fully vaccinated as fighting the parvovirus delayed my vaccination schedule so a yard and lots of training and fun will be helpful until I can burn my energy on walks.  Don’t get me wrong though, I love naps too! I am highly food motivated so training me should be a little easier as I love to work for food.Once I can go for walks I will be all in for any adventure!

I am a fun guy with rarely a dull moment as I explore and experience the world!  Is there room in your home for a guy like me?
