ADOPTION PENDING – NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS

Hi I’m Purex from the Toilet Paper litter. I am a soft, fluffy little boy that came into care with my three siblings. I am slightly more cuddly than my brother and a little bit smaller!  I will chill out of your lap more often than my bro but I also can nip pretty darn hard too. 

I currently live in a foster home with my brother, Charmin. We do everything together from eating, to playing tug-of-war, to snuggling, and of course getting into lots of  mischief! 

We are working hard on potty training and do pretty good peeing on the newspaper, but we also really like peeing on blankets too! We actually do best when you take us out on the grass where we can do our business and have a good romp around chasing leaves, sticks and balls! 

I sleep with my brother in an Xpen on a doggy bed and do quite good through the night right now. We listen to soft music to help us sleep!

I have sharp little razor teeth and love to chew on your toes until you decide it’s too much and you distract me a proper chew toy! 

I do really well with the big dogs that live in my foster home. I am not too pushy and I try to respect their space unless they are wagging their fluffy tail – who can resist that. We have not met cats or small children. Due to our teething situation, it is inevitable that we will be naughty nippy monsters for the next little while so if you have children you’ll have to be very careful with that.

I absolutely love chasing mini squeaky balls around the house and the yard and come to think of it, I kind of like to play with anything – empty milk cartons, empty water bottles, plastic cups, your socks, your shoe laces! You name it, we will play with it. So, you’ll have to keep any little kid’s toys or toxic plants out of our reach!!!

Did you ask if I will shed?  
Well, I do shed like crazy right now!  So definitely not a non-shedding puppy! Keep your vacuum handy! 

Did you ask how big I will get?
Well, I am a TRUE Manitoba Mutt -a beautiful mixture of ‘who knows what’! Sorry, no guarantees here on my full size potential!
