Hi, I’m Matsuri.

I am an active, laidback (at times), adorable little boy who loves stuffies and lying where I can see all the action.

I am mostly housetrained but sometimes I forget to let someone know I need to go outside (I usually whine) but I am still little. If I forget I usually will get at least some of the pee pad. My foster mom says I am doing very well.

I am not a fan of the kennel or pen and get very upset when I have to go in it. I am well-behaved outside of it and like to sleep by the couch and when left alone I usually just sleep with my foster sister. To be fair, I haven’t been left home for more than a couple of hours.

I sleep through the night if my foster sister does. I usually go out at 11 pm and then get up about 6 ready to start my day playing. My foster sister is 8 so even though we get along well, sometimes I want to play, and she wants to rest, and I need to be reminded to leave her alone.

I like to chase the cat that lives here so I may be better in a home without a cat or a very dog-savvy cat!

I still have my baby teeth and love to nibble on toes and fingers, my foster mom calls me ‘baby shark’ and is trying to get me to nibble on my toys. I still need to work on that. I haven’t had too much experience with children but I’m sure I’ll love them! I will do best with kids over 6 years old since I still like to nip and jump.

I haven’t been out of the yard because I am so little, but I like to carry the leash, but we are working on that. If someone is holding the leash, I don’t want to move but mom says I’ll learn to love exploring outside of the yard.

I am an energetic happy puppy who would love to explore the world together. Is there room for me in your home?
