I’m an active, curious, and playful boy who loves playing with chew toys and other playful dogs! I really enjoy my neck and tummy rubs too.

I am working on being housetrained – almost there!

I am not fully crate trained, but I am OK in the crate when my foster parents go out. I will complain about it at first but I quickly settle down. The longest I have been in a crate so far is almost 4 hours. At night, I prefer to sleep on the floor close by my foster parents and I do sleep almost all night long.

I am good with ­kids and other dogs, but I also have not met a cat yet. I like to play with my canine foster sister (a 2-year-old husky mix) but once we get going, I may get a bit over-excited. We have been working on playing nicely when I get a little too excited. I do benefit from little breaks and redirection from my owner. A trainer could give great tips to my new parents.

I have played with a 9-year-old child, but she was aware my teeth are a little sharp so she kept her hand away from my face.

I have gone for a few short walks and I am pretty good on a leash. I don’t pull much except when trying to keep up with my foster sister. I love to stop and smell all the scents outside- that’s the best part!

I am an active and very curious boy that would love to go on many adventures with an active family. I am very food driven and quickly learn new things for treats. I think I can become a very good pet for a family willing to take me in and train me. I am certain I will learn with lots of patience and treats and love. I do have a fairly loud voice right now so I would not be good in an apartment. I think I would do best in a home with a fenced yard to run and play in. If you have a playful dog, even better!
