Hi, My name is Lacey – of the Cops Litter. 

I came into care with my 4 siblings at about 5 weeks old.  I have grown into a super sweet confident, gentle little girl. I am also pretty darn adorable. I am easy going and super fun. 

I love to play with toys, my sister and foster fur brother, I am also ok playing or chewing a toy on my own.  

I love love to play outside but I love food so much that everything I see must surely be something to eat. If it’s not why the heck would it be there? Oh well just keep an eye on me for a bit because really I just don’t know any better. I am a fast learner and if you tell me No because something isn’t good for me I usually listen the first time. I am quick learner and am already very good at coming when being called but I am a puppy so don’t feel bad if the stick in the grass is more important than you at the moment.

I like playing with other dogs, or kids. I am really gentle but right now my teeth are very sharp and hurting because I’m teething so if your little ones are small you might want to keep watch that I don’t nip too hard.   I will stop right away if given something else to keep me busy.  If you don’t have any other animals or little people, that’s ok because there is nothing better than being the center of your attention and getting tons of cuddles and having some special adventures, just us. 

I am doing so good with my potty training.  Most of the time I go to the door to go out but sometimes if my mind is on something else I have to go fast but I will still go to the Pee Pad my foster parents have out just in case. The fosters say I have tells when I have to go. When I do my business outside I get lots of praise. I think I am going to master the whole go outside thing very quickly. 

At night I sleep in a pen with my sister.  I know I will be just fine in a kennel if you want me to as I go in one when we go for car rides and I just snuggle right in and nap. When I’m alone I may want to be close to you in case I’m scared but I am quiet all night but will defiantly let you know when its breakfast time.

I can’t go for walks yet but I know I am going to enjoy that so much. You will be able to teach me things quite easily. We are going to have so much fun learning together.
