Hi! I’m Ally!

I came into care a really skinny, loving pup. I have doubled my weight in just 2 weeks and am fit as a fiddle! (The vet said so.)

I’m a calm, curious and affectionate girl who loves to cuddle. I’m going to be a big dog. I am house trained – I hardly have any accidents; I really am awesome at doing my business outside. I spend the whole night sleeping soundly in my crate, when it’s close to my humans. I follow my humans everywhere, indoors and out. 

I love to play with my german shepherd foster sister! She has to remind me sometimes that I’m still little. I listen to her warnings well. I’ve met another pup and we had great fun too. I haven’t met a cat or small kids yet, but my people think I’ll be fine. I take really well to new things. I like the bath and am really chill when I get my nails done. Car rides are the one thing I find stressful; I sit really still and shake like a leaf. I like to be held tight by one of my people. 

I like to test my teeth on, well… everything and everyone. I’m learning to “leave it”. I turn to my chews and stuffy. I’m learning to play ball too, now that I’m big enough to pick it up. I love to go get it and I am learning to bring it back. So many things to learn! I like to greet my people with my big girl voice! My people are making me practice to speak on command so that I don’t bark too much. I love to play outside and am really happy to head back inside. I am working on the leash thing.

I am a big cuddlebutt who would love to make you feel loved with my sweet gaze. Take me to my furever home!
