Hi, I’m Opal.  I can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but my foster family has introduced me to a few strangers and I was gentle with them.  I bonded with my foster family pretty quickly though – I am just not one to give all of my love away at once. 
I have lived with cats and wanted to play with them.  I have met a few dogs so far with my current foster family and I did well –  I would just like a slow introduction, maybe we could go for a walk together first?   I do love the kids I currently live with, especially when they give me treats and play with toys with me!  I walk well with a harness and will happily join you for a car ride.  

I am housetrained and will chill in my kennel.  I want to be near you but if you are busy I will either snooze or play with toys on own.
