Hi! My name is Cardi and I am a sweet, playful girl who loves belly rubs!

I like to follow my foster mom around and watch what she is doing. When she is relaxing, I like to play with toys and chew on bones.

I am good with dogs, but a bit nervous around new ones. I have not met any cats, but I’m sure I would be fine. I love humans and would be good with kids as long as they understand my puppy antics.

I am pretty good at housetraining- but I still have the occasional accident.
I am learning to tolerate the kennel for a few hours at a time. I am pretty quiet until I hear someone come home.
At night I sleep in the bedroom with my foster mom and canine sister. I sometimes sleep through the night- but might get up once if you go to bed early.

I am learning how to walk on a leash in a harness. It is pretty exciting to explore, so I am a bit all over the place. I am known to run full tilt around the backyard to blow off steam, then relax and quietly watch the birds.

I can sit nicely for treats and I listen well.
I have a bit of a sassy side when I want attention.
