ADOPTION PENDING – NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS
Hi there!  My name is Rita, from the Flora & Ulysses litter.  I’m a very happy and sweet girl and my tail wags ALL the time because life is just so great!  I love to play with my stuffies and balls and my doggie foster sister!  

I am working very hard at housetraining, and often make it outside but because I’m still young I still do have some accidents inside.  With your help, I know I’ll learn quickly as my foster mama and dad say that I’m super smart!  They also tell me that I am gorgeous, and also comment on my beautiful eyes!

I sleep in my kennel all night and settle down right away at bedtime, in fact, I often just go in by myself when I am tired.  I almost always sleep through the night, and I’ll let you know when I am ready to wake up in the morning as I’m excited to start another wonderful day!  

As I mentioned, I play well with my doggie foster sister, and also a couple of other dogs that have come to visit.  I haven’t met cats yet, or little children, but as I am still young I think it should go just fine as I’m very adaptable.  I will need all my vaccinations before I am able to go on walks, but I know that I will love exploring the big world with my new people.

NOTE: For the next couple months it is important that I am only in contact with fully vaccinated dogs because I came into the care of Manitoba Mutts with parvovirus. I am fully recovered and there are no long-term health issues related to parvovirus, though it can continue to be shed in my poop for the next couple months. Please ask the MMDR Adoption Team and my foster family if you want more information about this.
