Hi, I’m Paris a laid back kinda gal.  

Don’t let my size fool you I am a gentle girl who loves to cuddle and laze around for most of the day. 

I currently live with my foster family that includes a human foster sister.  I just love my foster sister -we can be found often snuggling together on the ground or on her bed.  I came into care with my brother and I always let him take the lead, now I’m learning with the help of my foster family that things aren’t so scary out there on my own.  

One of my all-time fav things to do is to go for walks.  I walk so politely on a leash, my foster family is just amazed at how well I do.  I do love to stop and check out what’s going on in the neighbourhood and sniff every smell out there so you will need to be patient with me and I can become stubborn if the smell is a good one!  

I am fully housetrained, I go to the back door when I need to go out and will let out a small whine if I really have to go.  With the warmer weather I love lazing around and smelling in the backyard.  A fenced in yard would be ideal for me as my recall definitely needs some work, especially with all those amazing smells out there. 

At night time I sleep on my own bed in my foster parent’s room without any issues, be prepared though I do snore a bit especially if I have had a playdate.  I am still working on my daytime crate training, I am progressing, but I don’t like to be left alone.  My foster family thinks I would be ok to be left out but I definitely would need some exercise before or left with a canine friend. 

I get along great with other dogs whether big or little, I just love to play with them, and would really REALLY like one in my new home.  

I have not met any cats but with a proper introduction I am sure we could be fast friends.
