Hi, my name is Meringue, but my foster mom and dad call me Miss Moustachio!

I had a bit of an adventure when I started life… I somehow ended up on a farm truck that was going to the dealership for service, was found and brought to animal services. Then an awesome rescue in town took me in, and then I was taken in by Manitoba Mutts.  It was an exhausting few days, and when I got to my foster parents house, I slept for a whole day to recover.  Now I’m living my best life!

I live with 4 other cats, two are kittens like me and two are older, but they all love me to bits and treat me like part of the family.  I love to play and nap with them, but I also really like being in the same room as my foster parents, so sometimes I just like to do my own thing as long as one of my foster parents is there. I really like following my foster parents around, I’m so curious to know what they’re doing all the time!  My foster mom says I’m so laid back and independent for being so little. 

I am great with kids, I never put my claws out, even though I hear that’s a thing with kittens my age.  I also always use the litter box, and have seen my foster brothers and sisters using the scratching post, but I haven’t been interested in it yet, but I am also not interested in any furniture either.   I haven’t met any dogs yet, but I’m sure I’d be cool with them, I’m a laid back little girl that loves everyone!

My foster mom and dad keep telling me how beautiful and unique I am with my cute little moustache, and how much they want me to find my forever home with a family that will love me as much as I love them.
