Hello my name is Tipsy…..no I don’t fall all over the place but I will follow your toes around and tickle them.  I am a very social kitty who loves to play with my foster brothers and sister.  My foster mom calls me munchkin as she says I am as cute as can be.  I love to sleep in bed with my foster mom and give kisses whenever I can.  My foster dad even thinks I have the cutest face around.I live with 3 cats that I am very good with but I have not met a dog yet but my foster mom thinks I will be fine with them.  I love to play with toes and follow my human around.
