At Manitoba Mutts we take in dogs from all over Manitoba who have been abandoned, abused or surrendered at no fault of their own. Our dogs are tested with other dogs, cats and kids. Please note that listed breeds are more often than not just a guess based on the appearance of the dog. Also, full grown weight for puppies is a guess based on their mother and supposed breeds. Almost all of our rescues are purebred mutts, which is what makes them so special, they're one of a kind.

Alfalfa - Adoption Pending

Age: 5 weeks (07-05-2014) | Sex: Male
Breed: Boxer/Lab X | Size: L (50-80lbs)

Hi I'm Alfalfa from the Crop Litter! I am an active, fun loving boy who came into care with my mom and 8 other brother and sisters when I was a week old. I am one of the more active puppies in my litter and love to play and tackle all my brothers and sisters (especially when they are trying to sleep). My foster mom and dad have another dog that I also love to follow around and try to play with! We always have lots of visitors that come and play with us and they are all different ages! I've even got to play with a few human babies this past week! I am not crate trained yet however some of us sometimes choose to sleep in the crate my foster mom leaves open for us in our pen! I am not house trained yet as I am still young. I love being outside in the grass and I love giving my foster mom kisses. We even have our own pool at my foster home that I love splashing around in! I would love for you to come meet me and give me a chance to have a family to call my own.

Meetings begin August 16 and we can go to our forever homes August 30th!

The Flooring Litter

Age: 4 weeks (07-26-2014) | Sex: 6 Males/4 Females
Breed: Mixed | Size: M (30-50lbs)

Meet the Flooring litter! Our names all stem from a wonderful man’s offer to replace our foster moms floors for her- for free! We are so very grateful as we love living here and he made it all possible! Our mom is a Shepherd X but we don't know what we are! Some of our favorite things include eating, cuddling and playing together! We are having so much fun but we can’t wait until we are old enough to meet and go home with our forever families. Stay tuned as more info about us will be posted soon!
